Every day is an important day to learn about clean water access!
Clean water access is important every day! Even though it’s not March 22nd, you can still learn about water-related issues through this presentation.
Celebrate by viewing the presentation below for videos and information or by walking in support of this issue!!
Do you want to combine exercise and education into a fun walk that teaches you and your family about the lack of clean and accessible water in many parts of the world? March 22, 2020 is World Water Day, so I'm challenging you to walk 3.7 miles (the average distance that women in areas without clean water access must walk). My name is Julia Haley and this is part of my Girl Scout Gold Award project with the goal of educating people about the lack of clean water access worldwide! Check out the WWD sheet or presentation below for more information or go to watergoldaward.weebly.com for information about this project or links to more resources. Thank you!
